It all started when…

I developed my love of cooking from my mother. Growing up in a beautiful farmhouse in the Keystone State, my mom marched to her own beat of traditions and cooking. She subscribed to Bon Appetit, Food and Wine, and — of course, Gourmet. When a hot-off-the-press food mag was dropped off at our front porch, she’d spend a whole day pouring over the pages trying to decide what recipes to attempt next.

From mincing garlic to following extensive recipes, my mom shared it all. I learned it was more than just technique — it's about putting your love in the food you cook.

Now, I like to march to the beat of my own drum and create recipes. Don’t get me wrong — I still have my favorites I follow to a T, but it’s extra exciting to cooking recipes I created, especially when shared with the people I love. I hope you break bread and enjoy!

Cheers,

JJ
